Program Coordinator at the center for student diversity and inclusion

Anna Brock, Program Coordinator

Anna Brock (she/her/hers) joined the Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion in March of 2024. Before joining JCU, she worked at Ursuline College as the Diversity Office Assistant and then as the Coordinator of Student Activities. She brings with her lots of experience with student engagement and loves to connect with all students! Anna’s favorite project to date has been creating diversity dialogue spaces for faculty, staff, and students during the height of the pandemic and the social justice movements of 2020. Anna believes that diversity education and being able to ask questions is the best way to break down biases and learn about people who may be different than you. Because you might just learn that they are not that different after all! Anna was born and raised in Cleveland Heights, just 5 minutes down the road from ¾«¶«AV. She loves to explore Cleveland in her free time, most of all, the wonderful restaurants that Cleveland has to offer! Some of her hobbies include learning any new creative outlet such as crocheting, cross-stitch, and any DIY house projects! Fun fact: she has two adorable pitbulls at home who are her whole world!
