This month Kyle O'Dell听 will be joining us for a听StrengthsFinders Training.听StrengthsFinder training, based on Gallup's CliftonStrengths assessment, focuses on helping individuals and teams identify and develop their unique strengths to maximize performance. Please RSVP by February 5th. We will be reaching out with an assessment for you to take prior to our meeting in preparation for Kyle's presentation on the 20th.

HOW TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE
- Register at , even if you participated last year
JOIN AN INTERNAL TEAM We also have internal team competition!听 Create a team to complete in the challenge.听
- If you want to create or join a team, log in and go to 鈥淭EAMS鈥 tab
- There will be a prize for the top team (each member gets a prize)
- There will be a prize for the top 3 movers (who are not included in the top team)
