Additionally, they get access to community service projects as a part of Boler’s commitment to ecosystem impact.

Our 30 credit hour** program can be completed in 1-3 years. Some of the courses you may take are:
Leadership
Through intense exploration and reflection, the course will shed light on the wide variety of skills necessary for success as a leader and manager. The purpose of this course is to provide you with a solid understanding of leadership at the individual, group, and organizational levels.
Analytics
This course uses qualitative analytical and quantitative descriptive and inferential analysis techniques to provide insights for business decision-making. You will learn techniques for classifying people and processes into segments or categories for performance metrics, drawing insights, and generating solutions.
Marketing
Explore the marketing problems of businesses with an emphasis on planning and control that affects both marketing and company-wide operations such as sales forecasting, quota determination, and distribution cost analysis.
**If a student doesn't have prior undergraduate work or experience in certain areas (Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Corporate Finance) it could add up to 12 credit hours to the degree.
A completed application package must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the start of the academic term. Applicants are admitted on a rolling basis, however, the following dates are recommended as program admission decisions are made on a competitive basis:
