Kincaid brings her commitment to student success and a wealth of advising expertise to guide aspiring healthcare professionals on their educational journeys.

Kincaid joins JCU from Cleveland State University, where she served as an advisor in their College of Health. With extensive experience in personalized advising for pre-health students and a dedication to service-oriented healthcare, Kincaid’s addition to the JCU team strengthens the university’s mission to empower students in healthcare disciplines.

In her new role, Kincaid will support pre-health students through one-on-one advising, fostering engagement in pre-health campus organizations, and working with the Health Professions Advisory Committee (HPAC) at JCU, which provides students with valuable letters of evaluation and recommendations for healthcare professional schools and programs.

I am truly passionate about helping students navigate this journey and helping them realize that their dreams are closer than they may believe.â€
