We look forward to your arrival on August 13, 2025 at your assigned arrival time!

As you prepare for move-in, please review the following information:

  • Check out our list of considerations of What to Bring to Campus and What Not to Bring. We hope this information will make your packing easier! If you want to check out pictures of your room type including room dimensions, please review our .听

  • As a reminder, we ask that roommates plan together if you decide to bring a fridge (max. 4.6 cubic ft) or microwave (under 900 watts), so that there is only one of each appliance per room.

  • Prior to arriving on campus, please make sure all of your belongings and boxes are labeled with your Name, Hall, Room, and Cell Phone Number. This will help us safely move your belongings to your room and expedite the unloading process.

  • Because of the numerous construction projects on campus and limited parking, we ask that you bring no more than two vehicles (please, no trailers) with you as you move-in. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Arrival and Unloading Information:

  • Plan to enter campus from the main gate off of Warrensville Center Circle and 1 精东AV Boulevard, University Heights, 44118.聽This will be the only gate that you will be able to enter campus from that day.听聽

  • Students moving into Dolan Hall will take a left once they have entered campus along Auxiliary Drive to the unloading and check in Zone by Rodman Hall.

  • Students moving into Campion and Hamlin Halls will take a right once they have entered campus along Main Drive and will be guided to the check in location at a tent located in the Dolan East Parking Lot.

  • Please have a form of identification to present to pick up your keys. Once you receive your keys you will be directed to your residence hall unloading zone.

  • Once you pull up to the unloading zone, JCU students and staff will help you unload your vehicle and move your belongings to your room.听The driver of the vehicle should stay with the vehicle so that it can be moved out of the unloading zone as soon as everything has been unloaded.听The vehicle driver will be directed back to the Dolan East and West parking lots to park.听

  • Once the vehicle is unloaded, you can head to your room to begin unpacking and to meet your roommate and the other members of your community!
